You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.  

2. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Colors and finishes of products may vary slightly from what is displayed due to screen settings and the nature of materials. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we make efforts to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.  

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed directly at our showroom located at Al Jurf Industrial Area-1, Ajman, UAE. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Full payment is generally required before delivery or يُ specified at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping and delivery services within the UAE. Delivery times and charges will vary depending on your location and the size and nature of the furniture ordered. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Interwood Furniture LLC will not be liable for any delays in delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that the furniture will fit through doorways and staircases. Any additional costs incurred due to difficult access may be charged to you.

5. Returns and Refunds

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your furniture purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@interwoodfurniture.ae or +971 50 776 2991 within [Number] days of delivery. We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Returns due to a change of mind may be accepted within [Number] days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, and a restocking fee may apply. Customized or special-order items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interwood Furniture LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or the furniture purchased, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the furniture in question.  

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.  

8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Interwood Furniture LLC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website or made available at our showroom. Your continued use of our services after any amendments signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
